Steaming Mug Wall Hanging
Crochet the ‘Steaming Mug Wall Hanging‘ using the interlocking crochet technique or the overlay mosaic crochet technique. The fully written pattern and charts for both techniques are included.

This pattern is part of my “Coffee Time Wall Hanging Set”.
I always suggest a fingering weight yarn for wall hangings, but yarn weight and hook size can easily be adjusted; just make sure your hook is an appropriate size for your yarn. A gauge swatch can come in handy.
You will receive two files.
– the interlocking crochet written line-by-line pattern with a one-page chart (73 x 105)
– the mosaic crochet written line-by-line pattern (including instructions for an optional envelope border) with an X-marked chart on multiple pages (67 x 99)
The interlocking mesh dots and border lines have been removed for the overlay mosaic version of the pattern.
_____
The Locked Filet Mesh (LFM) interlocking crochet method uses only chain spaces and double crochets to create a mesh; two colors are worked alternately which creates the pattern.
Mosaic crochet is single crochet and double crochet stitches. The double crochet stitches cover some of the other color’s single crochet stitches to create the design. My patterns instruct you to cut your yarn at the end of each row. The back is striped but often gives a faint impression of the pattern on the front (sort of like illusion knitting).
